"Even so, Father, for so it seemed good in Thy sight."

This morning, I've read an article and there is an interesting story, here it is :

When in a deaf and dumb school, a visitor wrote on the blackboard: "Why did God make you deaf and dumb, and me able to speak and hear?" One of the children took the chalk and wrote beneath: "Even so, Father, for so it seemed good in Thy sight."

I just remembered how often I grumbled if there is something that didn't go my way, maybe I should stop for a while, and try to say it along with the child... "Even so, Father, for so it seemed good in Thy sight."

A thankful heart and eyes to see beyond my circumstances... those are what I need for now :)
